Plans and payment

Starter, Growth, and Partner are monthly subscriptions. Current starting prices are shown on the plans page. PayPal processes subscription payments. Your selected plan, price, and service scope are confirmed in your written service agreement before payment.

By approving a PayPal subscription, you authorize recurring payments at the amount and schedule shown in PayPal until you cancel. Prices are in USD, with 19% tax added. The plans page also shows the monthly total including tax.

Our first users receive a large discount on every monthly payment until cancellation, not just the first month. The current percentage and prices are shown on the plans page. Changing or turning off the offer does not change an existing subscriber’s agreed price.

Your first two weeks are free

Contact us to arrange your onboarding and two-week free trial. No payment is needed to begin. We confirm your trial start and end dates during onboarding. After two weeks, you can subscribe to a paid monthly plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your service stops; you are not automatically charged.

The PayPal checkout is for continuing after your free trial. Approving it starts a paid monthly subscription; the free trial is arranged separately during onboarding.

Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future recurring payments in accordance with the subscription details shown in PayPal. You may also contact us through the enquiry form for help.

Refunds and our growth guarantee

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, except for a refund remedy included in your written 90-day growth-guarantee terms or where applicable law requires otherwise.

For clients whose agreed starting follower count is below 1,000, our guarantee is 100% follower growth within 90 days. Your written service agreement records the starting count, measurement date, participation commitments, and refund process.
