Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, discuss your goals, and provide services you purchase. If you onboard for a service, we also receive the setup details you provide, which may include business information, LinkedIn® profile URLs, target profiles, expertise, preferences, and writing examples. We use these details to configure and provide your service. Do not submit passwords or account credentials through our forms.

Payments and service providers

Tally hosts the enquiry form embedded on our contact page. PayPal processes subscription payments. Cloudflare hosts our website and onboarding portal. Unipile handles the hosted LinkedIn® account-connection flow when you choose to connect an account. These providers may receive information needed to provide their services and technical information such as your IP address, browser/device details, and the page that referred you. They handle information under their own privacy policies.

PayPal processes payment details through its checkout; do not send payment-card details through our enquiry form.

Cookies and similar technologies

The onboarding form saves an unfinished draft in your browser’s local storage so you can return using the same invitation link in the same browser. Draft answers are not sent to us until you submit the form. We remove the local draft after a successful submission; you can also remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. Drafts do not contain your invitation token or account credentials. Avoid completing the form on a shared device. If browser storage is unavailable, the form still works but cannot keep a draft.

We use an essential cookie during onboarding to keep your setup session available for up to 24 hours.

Tally and PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies when their services load. The enquiry form is embedded on our contact page; PayPal checkout loads when you open it. For more information about data handled by those services, review their privacy policies.

How we use and keep information

We use information to answer enquiries, provide requested services, manage agreements and payments, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We retain it for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit an enquiry, complete onboarding, or use PayPal checkout. You may contact us through the enquiry form about personal information associated with your enquiry or service onboarding. Privacy rights vary by applicable law and may include access, correction, or deletion.

Children

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The current version will be available on this page.
